SMS Terms of Service – Dynamo Branding

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Dynamo Branding (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Dynamo Branding. These may include promotional messages, service updates, appointment reminders, and other business-related communications.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies but will not exceed 15/month 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send “STOP,” you may receive one final confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Eligibility

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
